Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a large client facility. You will maintain and repair building systems, MHE and robotic equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, documenting procedures, inventory tracking, and collaborating with the Client and Operations team. A high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to follow standard instructions and solve problems in routine maintenance and safety contexts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with MHE and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
