Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support building systems, repair and maintain MHE and robotic equipment at a client facility. You will contribute to a safety-first culture and document preventive maintenance while collaborating with client teams.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office; physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience or training.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to follow standard instructions and solve routine problems.
• Must be able to move up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and conveyors.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
