Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will fix and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting activities. Proficiency with MS Office and tools, plus ability to lift up to 50 lbs, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hand tools, electrical or mechanical.
• Ability to follow standard safety procedures and instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb/stoop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and improve performance of MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
