Job summary

Lobby Co is a privately held medical device company focused on a non-invasive platform using histotripsy for tumor ablation. The role covers the Midwest with base compensation and uncapped total compensation potential, including equity and benefits.

The candidate will lead in high-level medical sales within operating rooms and build strong regional relationships. Ideal candidates have startup exposure, C-suite interaction experience, and a deep understanding of the capital sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution.
• At least five years of experience in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room.
• Startup experience selling disruptive surgical technology is a plus.
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
• Leadership demonstrated through past performance, sports, clubs, or associations.
• C-suite experience, disruptive and robotics preferred.
• Understands the capital sales cycle.
• Ability to travel.
