Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading DoD programs with diverse teams.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, Math, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical risks.
• Hands-on with MS Project schedules and WBS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel up to 15% and obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer interface and lead program reviews.
• Develop WBS and IMS to align with contract requirements and budgets.
• Track schedule and cost, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets via ETC and report on performance.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, and Finance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
