Qualifications

• Strong ability to document design controls and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and document assembly processes, tooling, gauges, and fixtures to build product efficiency.
• Develop and maintain design control records, product configurations, manufacturing procedures, and quality system documentation.
• Drive cross-functional manufacturing reviews with R&D, Quality, and Production for smooth product transitions.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Provide electromechanical troubleshooting to rapidly resolve build issues.
• Lead root cause analysis with deep technical focus.
• Demonstrate CAD design proficiency, rapid prototyping, and tool/fixture qualification.
• Support process characterization, validation, and Test Method Validation.
• Ensure quality by addressing non-conformances with Quality to prevent production impact.
