Lab37 Robotics is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead shift execution of SOP-driven recipes, oversee quality, safety, and inventory. You’ll bridge software-guided operations with hands-on team leadership in an automated kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates bring previous kitchen leadership, attention to portioning and waste, and the ability to coach staff while working with robotic systems and sanitation protocols. Onsite role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership or shift-management experience.
• Attention to detail for portioning and waste tracking.
• Ability to follow software-guided SOPs in a tech-driven kitchen.
• Strong food safety standards and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Own shift end-to-end, executing standardized recipes for proteins, vegetables, and sauces.
• Conduct per-shift quality checks and log results to prevent drift.
• Manage sanitation and nightly cleaning, including equipment handling.
• Coach and train staff; oversee shadowing and certifications.
• Operate kitchen tech and robotics; handle basic troubleshooting.
• Perform end-of-week inventory counts and reorder planning.
