Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to support daily execution in a fast-paced kitchen pilot environment. You will help maintain food quality, ensure accurate order fulfillment, manage inventory, and stage orders for efficient production alongside robotic systems.

The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and adaptability in a startup-like kitchen setting. You will operate within onsite facilities, following defined processes and quality standards to keep operations running

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Able to adapt quickly in a changing or startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Retherm and prepare food items according to quality and food safety standards.
• Expo orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and presentation standards.
• Monitor kitchen workflow and assist with minor troubleshooting when operational intervention is needed.
• Support inventory management, including tracking levels, restocking, and communicating low-stock items.
• Complete daily operational, inventory, and food safety checklists accurately and on time.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and station upkeep.
• Remain responsive via Slack for real-time updates and process adjustments.
