Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Prep Cook to bridge raw ingredients and our robotic bowl-building systems. You will follow software-guided SOPs to ensure precise preparation and staging of high-quality components for robotic assembly.

In a high-tech kitchen, you’ll handle knives, scales, and automated loading, while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness. We train for robotics integration and support our on-site team five days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Interest in working in an automated kitchen environment — no robotics experience required, we train.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proteins and vegetables with precise knife work.
• Weigh ingredients and sauces using digital scales for consistency.
• Load and monitor automated bowl-building units per software-guided protocols.
• Maintain inventory logs and track food waste on the digital platform.
• Operate commercial induction stoves, combi ovens, and blast chillers while upholding sanitation standards.
