Lab37 Robotics in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead the shift, ensure precise, software-guided SOP execution, and maintain food quality, safety, and inventory.

You will supervise proteins, vegetables, and sauces, coach staff, and operate robotics-enabled equipment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent bowls in an automated kitchen environment onsite five days a week. Starting pay is $28.00 per hour for full-time and part-time roles.
