• Meticulous attention to detail for portioning, weighing ingredients, and tracking food waste.

• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and maintain high food safety standards.
• Comfort working in an automated kitchen environment with robotics training provided.

Responsibilities

• Shift Ownership: Own the shift end-to-end, executing recipes according to SOPs.
• Quality Control: Conduct per-shift quality checks and log results.
• Operations & Safety: Manage sanitation and safety protocols.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Train and coach staff, lead shadowing and certification.
• Equipment & Robotics: Operate kitchen tech and perform basic robot maintenance.
