Job summary

Accenture is seeking a robotics technology leader to drive innovation across AMRs, drones, quadrupedal and humanoid systems, integrating Physical AI with ROS2 and simulation tools.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop scalable architectures, and coordinate with clients to translate roadmaps into production deployments, with global industrial clients.

Role requires strong software skills (Python/C++), hands-on robotics experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• Strong experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies, including VLA architectures and sim-to-real transfer pipelines.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.
• Proficient in Python and C++, including Git, CI/CD, and clean code practices.
• Proven ability to take responsibility in technical project roles as architect, lead engineer, or integrative tech generalist.
• Exposure to edge AI deployment for robotics (Jetson, TensorRT, real-time control).
• Bachelor's degree in robotics, CS, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects, including architecture design and system integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy and real-time simulation.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Conduct technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy, roadmaps, and partner development.
