Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• 3+ years with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation tools (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• 3+ years with Physical AI and foundation model technologies, including sim-to-real transfer.
• 3+ years with synthetic data and world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis, MuJoCo MJX).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects across global clients.
• Design architecture and integrate robotics solutions with autonomy and real-time systems.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Benchmark technologies, conduct venture screenings, and set up robust demos.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and Accenture units to translate roadmaps into implementations.
• Contribute to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy, partner development, and internal enablement.
