Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Robotics Technical Architect to define and own the architecture for robotics intelligence platforms and fleets. You will lead patterns for simulation, training, integration with plant systems, and end-to-end deployment across cloud, edge, and on-site environments.

You will mentor robotics, AI, and platform engineering teams, collaborate with partners, and drive production-readiness, safety, and cybersecurity standards across deployments. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of robotics engineering, software, or related experience.
• Experience architecting and deploying robotics systems in production.
• Strong ROS/ROS 2, Python and C++ for integration.
• Hands-on with perception, localization, SLAM, planning, and navigation.
• Experience with fleet management and multi-robot coordination.
• Experience integrating robotics with PLC/SCADA, MES, ERP systems.
• Understanding cloud/edge/GPU deployment and observability.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for robotics platforms and fleets.
• Architect robotics intelligence systems including perception, planning, and execution.
• Define patterns for robotics foundation models and simulation-to-real pipelines.
• Lead multi-robot orchestration and fleet-management services.
• Design integration patterns across OEMs, ROS, PLC/SCADA, and MES/ERP.
• Specify cloud, edge, and GPU deployment architectures with security.
• Establish observability, telemetry, diagnostics, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.
