Job summary

Accenture’s Next Gen Robotics team is seeking a Technical Leader to drive scalable Physical AI architectures for global industrial clients. You will guide architecture design, implementation, and integration across multiple robotics platforms and real-time systems.

You will lead interdisciplinary delivery teams, work with ROS2, autonomous systems, and simulations (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo), and help shape roadmaps and demonstrator environments for enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of robotics/consulting/software project experience with a strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real transfer.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.
• Proficient in Python and C++—clean code, Git, CI/CD, and architecture-based development.
• Previous roles as architect, lead engineer, or integrative tech generalist in interdisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to edge AI deployment for robotics: NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, real-time control 30–100 Hz.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy, VLA models, real-time systems, and simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Conduct technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establish robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap creation to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy, tech roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement.
