Accenture is seeking a robotics-focused leader to drive scalable AI-powered robotics projects across industrial clients. You will architect, implement, and integrate advanced robotic systems, including ROS2 stacks and real-time control, while guiding diverse delivery teams through PoC to production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in robotics, consulting, or software with a strong technical focus.
• Solid ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation experience.
• Hands-on with Physical AI and foundation model tech; know VLA architectures.
• Experience with synthetic data and world models for scalable training.
• Proficient in Python and C++ with Git, CI/CD, and clean-code practices.
• Led technical project roles (architect/lead engineer) in interdisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to edge AI deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT) and real-time control.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovations, including architecture design and integration.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures and real-time systems; use Isaac Sim/Lab and Cosmos.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams across PoC, pilot, production.
• Run benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demos/tests for clients.
• Coordinate with clients/partners on roadmaps and implementations.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy and partner development.
