Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to install, operate, and troubleshoot advanced robotic welding systems. You will work across diverse manufacturing environments, performing maintenance, repairs, and system integration to keep customers productive.

You should be hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, willing to travel extensively, and capable of collaborating with engineering resources to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Welding experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system.
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with robotic vision systems and sensors.
• Accurately manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells at customer sites.
• Record and analyze data to support engineering-driven issue resolution.
• Monitor cell performance and ensure precise part fit-up.
• Interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency and collaborate with engineering teams.
