August Robotics Ltd. is hiring a Robotics Field Technician to deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems at customer sites across the US. You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer success, ensuring reliable robot performance and successful deployments in real-world environments.

Travel up to 3 weeks per month is required. You will collaborate with a global team, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge robots, and contribute to continuous product

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree/diploma required.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Fluent English, US-work eligibility, and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems on customer sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients and partners.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in the field and at the workshop.
• Monitor robot performance and ensure successful deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering to fix issues and improve features.
• Travel as required to customer sites (up to 3 weeks per month).
