There’s emphasis on reliability, clear communication, and accurate visit records. Training and certifications are provided, with paid first job and ongoing remote support from experienced specialists.

Qualifications

• Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.

Responsibilities

• Install robots and check that they work correctly.
• Find and fix mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance.
• Explain the problem and the repair to the customer.
• Record each visit with photos, job notes, and customer sign-off.
• Keep your tools and spare parts ready.
• Follow site and equipment safety procedures.
