Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Services Engineering to lead Deployment Specialists and own field operations across the deployment lifecycle, from customer deployment through ongoing support and fleet management.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic operations, coaching teams, optimizing service delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure safe deployments and high uptime for Digit robots in customer sites. Travel up to 25–50% is required.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in field service, technical operations, or robotics environments.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Deployment Specialists, setting expectations, priorities, and performance goals.
• Own field service operations across the customer lifecycle, including deployment readiness, commissioning, maintenance, and break-fix support.
• Work directly with Deployment Specialists on site deployments, troubleshooting, and customer demonstrations.
