Collaborative Robotics is seeking a Deployment Program Manager to steer robotics projects from conception to real-world application. You will collaborate with engineers, operations, and customers to define scope, plan deployments, and drive solutions that meet operational needs.

The role offers remote work within the United States with 30-60% travel, and a base salary of $150k–$180k plus equity and benefits including health plans, a 401(k), and generous leave policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project/program management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience deploying robotics or automation in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of robotic systems, integration, and deployment methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for deployment.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide applicable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process changes.
