Job summary

AGILOX North America is seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service and maintenance for intralogistics equipment. You will install, service, repair, and train customers on new systems, with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction and reliability.

The role requires 70% travel, both local and international, strong electrical and mechanical skills, PLC/software experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in Field Service.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Automation, including PLC and software experience.
• Solid electrical and mechanical background.
• Technical degree or certification, ideally in mechatronics.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers.
• Ability to travel (70%) locally and internationally; flexible scheduling.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Understand customer requirements and provide recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
• Meet with customers to determine service or repair needs.
• Conduct routine equipment servicing in the field.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Repair equipment and replace faulty parts.
• Install and test new equipment.
• Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
• Complete work reports.
