Job summary

Brightpick is seeking a Robotics Field Technician to install, commission and support automated warehouse solutions across North America. You will work hands-on with 3D vision sensors, AMRs, PLCs and automation hardware, delivering on-site training and rapid issue resolution for customers.

Qualifications

• Robotics/mechatronics knowledge with hands-on support experience.
• Robot and PLC programming experience.
• Familiar with basic networking and automation topology.
• Experience in warehouse operations or 3PL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Brightpick solution on-site.
• Provide technical L1 support and coordinate with L2/L3 teams.
• Communicate effectively with customer operations teams.
• Maintain accurate daily operation documentation and bug reporting.
• Prioritize issues, coordinate remote and on-site resources to minimize impact.
• Deliver in-person training and share knowledge to customers.
