Job summary

StrategiQly is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support FANUC robots and related systems at customer sites across the region. You will troubleshoot, repair, program, and maintain equipment on an on-site basis, often during emergencies, with ~80% travel.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma/GED, additional technical education, 3+ years in robotics service, and the ability to read electrical/mechanical prints plus PLC ladder diagrams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree or technical education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in robotics integration, installation, or service repairs.

Responsibilities

• Discuss, diagnose, and repair robot problems as reported by customer or hotline.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robot units and controllers.
• Document performance, failure modes, and troubleshooting results.
