Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field service experience preferred.
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with service software.
• Clean driving record and ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance in territory.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products per procedures.
• Coordinate system delivery and installation.
• Maintain inventory, service reports, and admin tasks within deadlines.
• Travel up to ~60% as required.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
