Job summary

Intuitive in the United States (Missouri) is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, and maintain all Intuitive products in the assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and warranties are fulfilled. This role requires electro-mechanical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, software updates, system installation, and coordinating delivery.

Qualifications

1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred.
Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience preferred.
Proven troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems.
Good written and oral communication skills.
General computer skills.
Strong administrative and record keeping skills.
Clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.

Responsibilities

Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in assigned territory.
Perform scheduled maintenance: inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, field actions, upgrades.
Troubleshoot and repair products within designated timeframes.
Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation.
Maintain HIPAA and OR protocol knowledge.
Manage spare parts inventory and Field Activity Reports.
Travel ~60% within policy.
Provide feedback and participate in continuous improvement projects.
