Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer 2 to join its team. You will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within your designated area, ensuring service commitments and warranties are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, document activities, and complete administrative duties on time. This role requires electro‑mechanical expertise, strong communication, and a customer‑focused

Responsibilities

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Intuitive products in your region.
• Meet and exceed service agreements and warranty obligations.
• Provide customer-focused technical support to end-users and colleagues.
• Document activities, generate reports, and complete admin tasks on time.
• Coordinate system deliveries, installations and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain asset inventory and assist sales/trade show support as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and complete required trainings.
