Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Field Service Engineer 2 to install, support, and service our devices across designated regions. You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OR protocols while delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred candidates hold an Associate degree and 1–3 years of field service experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 75%.
