Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Engineer 2 in Utah to install, support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain our products within your territory. You will ensure service commitments and warranties are met while delivering exceptional customer support.

The role requires electro‑mechanical expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with customers and Intuitive teams. Some travel and on‑site work are expected with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to perform ad hoc tasks as required.
• Reside within 30 miles of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with department and company policies.
• Provide quarterly review and assessment of your assigned area of responsibility.
• Document service activities, maintain records, and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Complete administrative tasks within the required time frame.
• Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees.
• Conduct training sessions at Intuitive facilities, training centres, and hospitals.
• Perform maintenance activities: system inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, recalls, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Intuitive products and associated equipment.
