Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Field Service Support Engineer 2 to install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products within the designated area. The role focuses on meeting service agreements and warranties while exceeding customer expectations, leveraging expertise in electro-mechanical systems and strong customer service and communication skills.

You will work closely with customers, provide technical expertise, and deliver outstanding support.

Qualifications

• Experience with field service in healthcare or similar; troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to document service activities and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Experience with system installation, maintenance and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Provide quarterly reviews and assessments of assigned area.
• Document service activities and report to stakeholders.
• Complete administrative tasks in required timeframes.
• Provide technical support to end-users and Intuitive employees.
• Conduct trainings at facilities, training centers and hospitals.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, system recalls and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Intuitive products and equipment per procedures.
