Job summary

Serve Robotics Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate (Part Time) in Dallas to support autonomous delivery robots in the field. You will help ensure robots are ready for operation, assist with deployments, and document incidents to improve reliability and safety.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. On-site work and collaboration with engineering and customer support are essential.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license is required for field tasks and vehicle operation.
Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles as needed in varied conditions.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as operations require.

Responsibilities

Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response to issues.
Assist in deployment processes including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication.
Operate company vehicles safely for movement, recovery or repositioning of robots.
Prioritize safety and document incidents; support safety and training initiatives.
Manage end-of-shift recovery, charging, sanitizing and securing robotic assets.
