Brightpick is seeking a Robotics Field Technician to support automation deployments in North America. You will troubleshoot, train end-users, and ensure smooth operation of Brightpick solutions on-site at client facilities.

Responsibilities include field troubleshooting, documenting issues, and collaborating with L2/L3 teams. Travel up to 20% and a first-shift, full-time schedule are required.

Formación

• Robotics and mechatronics knowledge required.
• Basic robot and PLC programming experience.
• Familiar with mechanical tools, meters and electrical test equipment.
• Cursory knowledge of networking and automation communication network topologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America; some international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients in the field to troubleshoot and resolve issues; maintain customer trust.
• Provide L1 technical support for production issues and collaborate with higher-level teams.
• Communicate with customer teams to address technical concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation for daily operations and reporting.
