Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, CS, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with complex robotic or electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in C++/Python and familiarity with ROS2 and Linux-based development environments.
• Knowledge of robotics networking protocols (CANOpen, EtherCAT, UART).
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and complete robotic tasks.
• Comfort with standard mechanical and electrical tools.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time to customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate robotic systems within pilot environments to meet operational goals.
• Coordinate with the customer engineering team and collect feedback to ensure the solution meets expectations and goals.
• Collaborate with the Maven Autonomy and Controls teams to execute on-site test plans.
• Conduct first-level software triage, diagnose issues, and report findings to the engineering team.
• Integrate robotic solutions with customer systems.
• Monitor and manage robot task success rate and throughput.
• Execute routine and preventative maintenance on robotic hardware and electromechanical systems.
• Repair or replace electrical and mechanical components as necessary.
