Nilfisk, Inc. seeks a Robotics Business Development Manager to drive expansion of robotic floor cleaning solutions and forge enterprise partnerships, placing intelligent robotics at the heart of how leading organizations operate.

You will lead high-stakes negotiations, manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and translate field insights into product and marketing feedback to accelerate pipeline and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development with robotics/industrial automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior decision-makers to align robotics solutions with top objectives and position Nilfisk as a strategic partner.
• Lead and close enterprise negotiations, structuring value-driven agreements.
• Scale robotic cleaning solutions from pilot to enterprise-wide deployments across multiple sites.
