Job summary

Nilfisk, Inc. is seeking a Robotics Business Development Manager to drive growth of our robotic floor cleaning solutions with enterprise partnerships and strategic vision. You will lead strategic sales and manage key accounts, forming strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with product and R&D to shape the roadmap, translate field insights into market actions, and deliver measurable ROI while expanding our presence in the enterprise segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 5+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or cleaning solutions.
• Proven track record growing and retaining complex enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to align robotics solutions with business objectives.
• Lead and close enterprise negotiations.
• Scale robotic cleaning solutions across sites and regions.
