Job summary

Nilfisk, Inc. is seeking a Robotics Business Development Manager to expand our robotic floor cleaning solutions and forge strategic enterprise partnerships. You will position Nilfisk as a mission-critical partner, drive multi-site deployments, and win high-stakes negotiations with senior decision-makers.

You’ll build data-driven account plans, provide market and product feedback for roadmap, and collaborate with Marketing to accelerate the pipeline and showcase measurable ROI from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing and retaining complex enterprise accounts.
• Working knowledge of robotics and IoT; passion for technology and applications.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.
• Builder's mindset with ability to plan and execute bold initiatives.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior decision-makers to align Nilfisk robotics solutions with business objectives and position us as a strategic partner.
• Lead and close enterprise negotiations, structuring agreements delivering mutual value.
• Scale robotic cleaning solutions from pilot to enterprise-wide deployments across sites and regions.
