Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Robotics Customer Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end order journey for capital equipment and robotic systems. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Service teams to ensure accurate, on-time deployment and service readiness.

You will analyze operational performance, resolve complex data issues, and drive improvements that strengthen compliance, scalability, and customer experience across functions nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service or order management in a regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex orders for capital equipment and robotics from handoff to deployment and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze performance, identify risks, and drive process improvements.
• Provide expert support to internal partners on capital and robotics transactions.
