Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure accurate fulfillment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution, while supporting process improvements and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, or logistics within a regulated industry.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex orders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end orders for capital equipment and robotics from contract handoff to deployment and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Service to meet on‑time, in‑full delivery.
• Review contracts and data to identify risks or discrepancies before deployment.
• Support invoicing, billing plans, asset retrieval, and post‑deployment resolutions.
• Develop and maintain reports on order status, backlog, and performance.
