Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Robotics Customer Support Specialist to manage complex orders for capital equipment and robotic systems from handoff to delivery, installation, and invoicing. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure on-time execution and accurate data management.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, order management, or logistics, with ERP/SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end order-to-cash processes and contract management.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex orders for capital equipment, robotic systems, and services from contract handoff through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Contract Management, Finance, and Logistics to meet commitments on schedule.
• Review contracts and delivery conditions to identify risks before deployment.
• Manage invoicing and billing plans aligned with milestones and service agreements.
• Support asset retrieval, relocations, and post-deployment resolutions.
