Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Analytics, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or logistics is typical.
• Experience supporting complex transactions with multiple stakeholders is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms; SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex orders for capital equipment, robotic systems, and services from contract handoff to delivery and deployment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, on-time commitments.
• Review contracts and data to identify risks or discrepancies before deployment.
• Oversee invoicing, billing plans, and post-delivery activities including returns and upgrades.
• Provide support to team members on capital and robotics transactions and policy requirements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs for capital and robotics support.
