Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Robotics Customer Support Specialist to manage end-to-end orders for capital equipment and robotic systems. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Service teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and deployment, while providing expert support on complex transactions.

You will analyze performance, resolve data issues, and drive process improvements that strengthen service quality and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, order management, or logistics.
• Experience with end-to-end order-to-cash processes and ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex orders from contract handoff to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Service teams to meet commitments.
• Review contracts and data to identify risks before deployment.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor order status and performance.
