Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Robotics Customer Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end customer order journey for capital equipment and robotics. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Service teams to ensure accurate, on-time deployment and invoicing.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance service quality, compliance, and scalability across Customer Support Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or related field.
• Experience supporting complex transactions with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash processes; ERP/CRM familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex orders for capital equipment and robotics from contract handoff through delivery, installation, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with multiple internal partners to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and deployment.
• Develop and analyze reports/dashboards on order status, backlog, and deployment milestones.
• Ensure compliance, quality controls, and proper documentation across order lifecycle.
