• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• 3+ years delivering end-to-end results and communicating to senior leadership.
• Experience with stakeholder management across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and delivery excellence.
• Resolve EIP vs SO mismatches; troubleshoot customer tickets.
• Present to Amazon executives and large audiences with confidence.
• Drive KPIs and SLAs through operational excellence.
• Lead process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
• Support an inclusive culture within the team.
