Job summary

Amazon Robotics seeks a Deployment Order Manager to oversee end-to-end deployment orders and coordinate across procurement, logistics, and engineering teams in Reading, MA. You will troubleshoot delivery gaps, manage KPIs, and drive cost optimization opportunities while ensuring site health readiness and inclusive collaboration.

With a background in program or project management, you will present to senior leaders, implement data-driven process improvements, and support scalable operating models

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain high bar of delivery excellence.
• Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches; resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues.
• Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
