Job summary

Path Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of robotics systems across customer sites. You will drive project plans, manage risks, and coordinate with engineering and deployment teams to ensure successful on-site implementation.

The role requires strong program management skills, experience with agile methods, and the ability to operate in a dotted-line environment with limited travel (<10%). A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in a similar role are expected. The position supports U.S. Government contracts with compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a Project or Operations Manager role, preferably in robotics, automation, or manufacturing.
• Experience using program management tools (Airtable/Monday.com or similar planning software).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk mitigation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment projects with cross-functional teams for robotics systems at customer sites.
• Develop and execute project plans with scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies to ensure on-time milestones.
