Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in maintenance, engineering, or launch readiness across multiple sites.
• 5+ years leading large-scale technical programs with delivery.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams.
• Provide vision and guidance to project teams within leadership framework.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and System Engineers on schedules and risks.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across sites.
• Owns program targets and drives deployment improvements.
• Work with leaders to improve deployment process, productivity, quality and cost.
