Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Deployment Order Manager to oversee end-to-end deployment orders across multiple projects, coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure site readiness and delivery excellence.

You will analyze trends, drive process improvements, and present findings to senior leadership while maintaining a culture of inclusion and customer focus. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge robotics tech and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• 3+ years delivering end-to-end results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience communicating to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on site health readiness and maintain high bar of delivery excellence.
• Execute Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches; resolve and troubleshoot customer ticket issues.
• Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences.
• Drive operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive OM process improvements, cost optimization and scalability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership.
• Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
