Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for precise repairs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

• Resolve electrical and mechanical failures across conveyors, motors, sensors, and distribution hardware.
• Diagnose root causes and implement durable repairs to optimize system performance.

• Enforce rigorous safety standards, including LOTO procedures.

By proactively managing system health and executing precise repairs, you will directly contribute to the seamless flow of operations and the overall efficiency of our automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.
• Resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures across conveyors, motors, sensors, and automated distribution hardware.
• Optimize system performance by diagnosing root causes of mechanical malfunctions and implementing durable, long-term repairs.
• Document all service activities and equipment modifications to maintain accurate operational logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Enforce rigorous safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, to protect personnel and assets.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and technical blueprints.
• Hands-on expertise with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Ability to utilize standard hand and power tools for precise equipment repair.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certification in industrial maintenance, avionics, or electrical systems.
• Experience working with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
• Prior exposure to heavy equipment, crane systems, or complex conveyor networks.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high attention to detail.
