Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) in Tucson, AZ. This is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Arizona team to gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales reps with surgeon trainings and hospitals robotic development.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced robotic technology to existing users to meet quotas.
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and preparing for quota-bearing CTA role.
