Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, invites applications for a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) in the Lexington/Louisville, KY area. This 24+ month developmental role partners with the Kentucky team to gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales aspects, including surgeon trainings and territory management.

The CTA will guide in-services for OR staff and surgeons, selling the benefits of advanced robotic technology while preparing for quota-bearing roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sell benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to support quotas.
• Gain experience in goal setting, mapping, and quota preparation.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales activities and expenses.
